Brief Biography
Currently I am the Director of Faculty Development and serving as the 2018-2019 President of CSU's system-wide Faculty Development Council. Previously I was the Director of New Faculty Orientation & Programs and worked exclusively with newly hired faculty. As faculty I continue teaching in the Department of Child & Adolescent Development a critically important course called Alternative Approaches to Discipline (CADV 451).
