Brief Biography
Trained in Education with an emphasis in Learning and Mind Sciences, Roxanne is an educator and researcher. She draws on human-centered research and design principles to develop better processes, interventions, and tools. Roxanne has spent a decade investigating and understanding human behavior through various mediums and interventions, including interactive technologies and mindfulness practices. She has taught at the university level for over 10 years and looks forward to teaching in the Department of Child and Adolescent Development at CSUN this Spring. While not teaching, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and their cat.
