Dr. Rob R. Unal is an SQF Systems Level 3 and HACCP Certified Sr. Food Microbiologist over 16 years industrial and academic experience. He has a solid knowledge of food microbiology, GFSI food safety & food quality control management systems.
In past 20 years, worked as an Adjunct Professor, Science Manager, VP of Food Quality Control, Director of Food Microbiology, Chief Scientist Officer (CSO) & Consultant, Senior Research Scientist, and Assistant Professor of Food Microbiology.
