I am Professor of Psychology at California State University, Northridge. My work within and outside of the university--research, teaching, and service--is guided by a Third World consciousness and critical race perspectives. My goal is to center and empower people from historically marginalized and under-served groups through my activities in the research group, classroom, and community.
