Brief Biography
I am a lecturing professor in the Department of Sociology. I have also taught in the Department of Gender Women Studies, the Department of Sociology at Moorpark College, and the Department of Sociology at College of the Canyons. I am also a CSUN alumnus. I have taught a variety of courses from Introduction to Sociology to Research Methods. My research interests are vast; however, I take special interest in the intersectionality of Black queer culture, qualitative methodologies, and the decolonization of knowledge/academia.
