Brief Biography
Teaching
I am currently in my 20th year of teaching English--usually variations of American literature, my area of expertise--at CSUN, and am affiliated faculty in the Jewish Studies Program.
Scholarship
At present, most of my research and writing involves contemporary American literature and pop culture connections, as well as both Jewish and African American performance.
