Brief Biography
My research interests include Spanish as a heritage language, sociolinguistics, bilingualism, language and migration, minority languages, and situations of language contact. In particular, I have done extensive work on Spanish as a heritage language, examining how Spanish is developed, used, and maintained by heritage speakers in the U.S.
